This is just the shape that I chose to do once all your circles are traced out, go ahead and cut them just follow your lines and don't worry if some of the market or a pen shows through because you'll just make that the wrong side of the Scalloped edge that you use and you'll put the other side facing forward, I ended up doing five different colors and I had 30 circles in each color. Once they are all cut out, you can glue them on at random or you can create a pattern. It's totally up to you, you can use any kind of adhesive.
You want from spray adhesive to regular glue to tacky glue to hot glue the super glue honestly just use whatever it is that you want to use or that you have around the house. I decided that I was going to use tacky glue because I wanted more control over where it went and also. I know that it won't be reactivated by the heat that the light will provide the first row of circles. I put on hanging off the edge that way.
There is still that rounded bottom at the very bottom of the lampshade when it's actually on the lamp, and then I just want to had to repeat the pattern overlapping a little bit every now and then once I pop at the top as easy. Here I left a bit hanging off the top now, of course, at this point, once your rim is totally covered, you can either go ahead and trim off the excess fabric.
